You'll notice in the screenshots, the land owner was not diligent in the positioning of his pclaim boundry and his wall. I would imagine Comrade Skepatza simply splashed his way into the base and force summoned him after no doubt baiting him for scents and proceeding to camp the spot in a pain staking attempt to generate something for our:
