There is more then one Russian faction on JT.

Declaring war on all Russians include even more people then just the Pirates and the "Russians".
Everyone sharing a claim/village with a Russian guy will also be involved in your war...

Effectively declaring war to everyone but Darwoth.

You heard about the word "moderation" and "specific"?
