So let me get this straight.... You rolled on the notoriously unjust and criminal server of Jamestown and then are surprised that one of your friends was killed? If it makes you feel better when server transfers open up ALL players on Jamestown are going to be killed. If I were you I would just have your character killed as well to save yourself the time and aggravation and just roll on Plymouth. The only real server.

if i stay on james town i will die
