Is the town still active or just ruins? Meaning when you enter the area will it say "Now entering Vice City" ?

maybe you could tell us what's the other biome on the border? I've asked about 50 of the last 100 people playing and none know where it was.

This is a great idea. Too bad I wasn't a big traveler. Come on people here is a chance to do something new and exciting in the game. Let's give YG a good showing for this event.
