Greetings Filthy Squatters of Salem,
With all things in life there is a beginning, and there is an end. It is this finality that brings true meaning to our existence and it is only through our own inner-silence and peace that we find the answers to such things. Today, June 01st, 2013, The MM Tribe has officially RETIRED the Apple. A beacon of Justice and the Birthplace of the Great Chief himself the Apple is perhaps one of the largest influential landmarks in Salem history and is most certainly one of the Wonders of the World.

To mark this occasion the Tribe will be sponsoring the official Walk for Worms complete with Prizes. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. There will also be the "Colesie" Award which shall go to the player who makes the most noise and posts the most screenshots on their journey to the apple yet still fails to achieve their goal. All prizes also come with (1) Free month of Treaty Payment.

For those who are unfamiliar with the Journey here is a map.

Those who finish will be rewarded based on the TIMESTAMP of their screenshot showing themselves in the APPLE and posted in this thread. So once again, no Screenshot, didn't happen. If you want your prize you must post a screenshot of yourself in the apple here. Rewards and Prizes will be given IN BOSTON so there is no fear of being ganked.

Leave the 3D superior version of a game with a producer/publisher and marketing budget for a 2D inferior version that got its first update in 3 years.

No Thanks..... I'll stay in the big leagues.

Not updated in 3 years.
Still has more content, depth and population then a game with producer/publisher and marketing budget.
Good choice.

Yes because devs focused on content not reinventing/fixing existing mechanics every 2-3 months... as for population numbers it is easy more content = more population... games that have producers or publishers require more effort in different level because producers care about quality of the player experience not like in simple indie games made as hobbies without any support and on crappy servers (people are saying about 1-3fps lags in hnh?).

The lag is gone. A new world is rising. All the cool kids are going there.

Took a long time but I finally made it to see the Apple and the worm. I am glad I got to see the place before it vanishes.

I got some nice footage of it to for future videos. Thanks for dangling your worms in front on me to lure me to a truly historic site.
