like 200x200 tile zone... with tree wall growing and plank fence too... 2 very nice houses (brik houses i think) and a ton of structures

If it is far enough from land to not be waste claimed, then he doesnt really need braziers.

there are many little island near... i don't know if is raidable or not... i'm not good in raiding mechanics xD
