50 Shades of Humus (Now Even MORE EPIC cause Update)

Last night, my dreams were plagued by guilt over deeds I once thought fair. I did not believe in the rebellion's cause, but that didn't mean I would not afford them the respect of privacy. Like a priest was I, taking in words of crimes and blasphemy committed, and believing it was my duty not to expel secrets which burned like acid in my lungs.

To my surprise, I was exposed as the retainer of such knowledge by those I did protect. The Chief, fair and righteous, and with every right to cast me into the depths of hell, offered me redemption.

"Child," he called out to me.
"I know what you have done. Although you are innocent by actions you are guilty by association."
My knees were like rubber at this revelation. "TAKE MY HEAD," I cried out, tears of shame caressing my cheeks. "I do not deserve to live in this world!"
Silence passed between us. Short in time, but long in agony.
"No," he clearly stated. "You trusted those whom would betray you in an instant. Always they have malice on their tongues. Their hearts are full of hatred, not at us, not at you, but at their own blackened souls."
He then glared deeply into my eyes, the walls of my mind shattered and he saw me for all that I was, and all that I could be.
"Your heart is pure, you are the victim of others. Led astray by the darkness that plagues these lands."
He held out his hand in open friendship. Relief filled my heart as he lifted me to my feet.
"The criminals of these lands have been ravaging the country side. Destroying farms meant to feed the poor, burning homes which housed entire families. You have supported this, and now you must make it right. You are ordered to convert your lands into fields of pumpkins, cabbages and cereal. From these fields you will feed the poor beggars of Boston, and they will know that you are true."

And so I would, but first I needed to gather humus, and I would take it from those so corrupt they would refuse to support justice.

Traveling back to my home I came upon this villa, clearly owned by a self-serving individual, and just as clearly full of the precious humus I would need. I thought in fact I had recognized the occupant as a declared rebel.

With righteous fiery I pulled down the walls, and like a man made of iron no defenses could stop me.

I then proceeded to locate the humus and establish an operational base to deposit goods.

I found something quite disturbing among the goods that further reinforced the conclusion that this was a true rebel base.
Image

The amount of humus at this location was staggering. I had to empty out boxes and chests full of other goods to make room.
Image

After much grueling work. I had recovered many boxes full of life-giving humus.

I then proceeded to recover the hundreds of humus bits from the bins. Many earthworms were also saved in the process.

It took me many hours to transfer the humus through Boston, but I was so full of pride that I had to shout my victory to the world.
Image

As I began my journey home, I decided to read the sign posted outside the claim, perhaps there were hints as to the owner. What I found is not for the feint of heart.

Here is a list of recovered goods. Hundred of farms will be planted this day.

UPDATE: Jorbtar has seen fit to make my raid even more epic, I have selected the prize pieces recovered for MM and made a very pretty picture.

You can almost tier a field with all that.

Wow is that 200% more Humus stolen from the Rebellion than they stole in Hay. Clearly this is a blow that they cannot recover from.

A crushing blow?
Another crushing blow at that?
I'm still living very happily, unaffected by this with my newly tiered ghostrider fields.

I assume you count trying to raid my vault a "crushing blow" as well?

Brb from this thread for a while, need to get some more regen food for these stocks

J/k, you destroyed our main base yet again. How will we go on without our precious board fence :(

Some day you will actually live long enough to MAKE a main base again. Until then we will enjoy squashing these pitiful satellites.

I'm mostly impressed with the short time between the Apple raid and this. Certainly a counterstrike worthy of posting.

And I did get excited. Real excited.

another epic raid from MM.

I doubt you actually xfer something as useless as humus. You more then likely pulled it from your own bin
