It is I, Judge PeePooKaKa.

Today, February 23rd 2013, shall live in history as a one of the largest terrorist leaders of the Mushibag resistance has been brought to justice. Not too long ago the people of Salem sat glued to their monitors and the forums as they watched in horror as Trojanz flew not one but TWO characters into the Windmill towers of the Reservation in a blatent act of Terrorism. The entire nation forced to witness a premeditated attack on our culture and our lands simply because they came from a land filled with anarchy and hate. A land known as Gallows Hill. So without further ado:
The People of Plymouth vs. Trojanz is now in session!
The Allegation
The list of crimes that this player has been responsible for are forever reaching and the damages that he has caused to this game is catastrophic. Below are a FEW of the things that landed this player on the #2 spot on our most wanted list.
*Responsible for crashing thousands innocent players through distribution of his 1X1 Salem Hacks.
*Destroyed Windmills given to the people of Salem by the Tribe.
*(2) Reported and confirmed murders in the lands of Salem.
*Known to assist and communicate with Mushibag Himself.
*Possession of a Mask of the Rebellion.
Knowing that this trial would be unlike any Trial I have ever had I knew that a helmet for this occasion must be made so that I was up to the task.

The Trial
The Trial began when I first encountered the individual outside a city known as "Land of Confusion". Just like OJ Simpson and all other comparable criminals before him his fight or flight response (in this case flight) immediately kicked in and he ran away from the Chief in full sprint! After realizing that the Chief was born to run and travels on the wind of Mother Nature herself he decided to log out in the forest. Little did he know that Justice does not sleep. So I waited......

Hours upon hours past and the Criminal, already knowing he was guilty, hid offline. Trying to sleep, trying to eat, trying to continue his RL obligations but the pressing matter of his impending trial weighed on his shoulders heavier than a row boat full of ore boulders. As he struggled to stay away from his computer Justice continued to wait... and continued to build....

5 hours came... and 5 hours went.... 10 hours came and 10 hours went and the Fugitive stayed offline. Just as the ostrich buries his head in the sand so too shall Trojanz try to hid his face from the shame that is his Salem career. The Chief now going on over 12+ hours of staring at the same tile of Carniferous began to waiver. How long should he wait? How many meals should he skip and how many diapers should he fill? Just then there was a flashback of a Salem before the Tribe. A flashback of a world with no rules and no laws. A Salem where scents scattered the ground more plentiful than autumn grass itself. The Chief looked to the great spirit and asked for the strength to see this trial through.

12 hours came and went.... 15 hours came and went... And just then he heard something. A whisper on the wind "Trojanz has joined IRC". The slight smell of injustice hinted on the air and Judge PeePooKaKa looked to his trusty bailiff Dan. Nothing was spoken just a simple nod as the Chief and his brave placed a hand on their swords. And in the blink of an instant Trojanz felt over 300 Humours slip away.....

The Verdict
So in the case of The People of Plymouth Vs. Trojanz I find the defendant GUILTY on:
(1) Count of conspiring with Mushibag

(4) Counts of destroying Reservation windmills.
(17,000) Counts of ruining Salem gameplay experience through the creation of his 1X1 fields and other client hacks.
(2) Counts of murder.
(3) Counts of obstructing Justice
(1) Count of just being bad at this game in general
By the power vested in me by the squatters of Salem.... I sentence you.... TO DEATH:

As for his gear it shall be donated to young needy braves of the Tribe.

And as for I, Judge PeePooKaKa. After what seems like a lifetime to bring this terrorist to justice....I shall maintain my post. Both in-game.

and in RL

For Justice shall not rest nor shall it be silenced.
