As much as I dislike Procne I'm afraid you got what you had coming to you. I warned everybody of this here:

If you chose to be ignorant to the politics of the server then you deserved to get scammed by him. And everybody else who trades with him too .

Why did you take out the things that you said? Looks to me like a clever attempt at disguising his tactics to buy him enough time to milk the last of his suppliers. Well played Procne & Procne Sock Puppet.

you do well with all attempts to daiguish players. i think its hard to live in lie. Bu the way, better be a sockpuppet of legit player, than whatever connects lie.

Scamming was so 2012 before stalls existed.

Well to be honest even I didn't expect him to be so brash about it. The reports I got were promises that he would buy for one amount then only pay a different amount. The whole "donation" thing seems like a new twist to an old scammer.
