I have returned from my long spirit walk and while I require rest I see that there is a matter of Justice I must first attend to. The pilgrims of the Reservation have made claims against the Gallow Hills Bug Abusers once more so let us begin!
Noobs of the Reservation vs. Gallows Hills Bug Abusers
This court is now in session.
The Allegation
The People of the Reservation claim that Gallows Hills Bug Abusers destroyed (2) of their windmills.
The Plaintiff(s)
This is an interesting piece of case-law here as this will mark the first ever Salem Class-Action lawsuit brought in our lands. During discovery I noticed that our plaintiffs were good-standing members of the community living on the Reservation which is one of the most prestigious honors a Squatter can have short of being a Brave. As such the credibility of our Plaintiff seems Iron-Clad. Also a quick investigation of the Crime Scene shows that there are indeed missing windmills.
The Defendant
The plaintiff claims that this was done by a GH refugee. While the evidence that they were too scared to attack our tribal lands and simply abused the noob population is in line with their previous actions this evidence is still circumstantial. I began tracking the defendant and noticed that they had created an impenetrable vault in the mountains using bug-abuse of Border Stones.
This is very consistent with GH Bug Abusers. Some may recall when GH was first sieged they repaired the holes with authority objects that could not be broken. It appears this time that they have simply increased the intensity of their bug abuse.
The Confession
Some were upset that in my previous trials I am too hasty to rule and subsequently murder. In an effort to improve our judgement system, this time I obtained a confession from Mushibag that it was indeed the GH Bug-Abusers behind this. Notice that he is very confident at this point thinking that there is no way that Justice will be delivered.
The Deliberation
Given that I have obtained photograph evidence of bug abuse, scents leading back to the bug abuse vault, and a confession from a member inside the bug-abuser camp I feel that I have gathered sufficient evidence in this case.
Under scc 3.1.01(Salem Civil Code) it states that any member living on the Reservation who has not committed crimes shall be innocent and any crimes committed against him shall be punishable by death.
Under scc 1.1.03 it states that any player who is found abusing bugs shall be punished by death.
The Verdict
As such. I have found The Defendant GUILTY of the following:
(2) counts of bug abuse
(3) counts of Reservation Vandalism
(1) count of Treason for associating with StaxHax
Gallow Hills Bug Abuser. I now sentence you to Death.
Confirmation of his death.
Conclusion
It appears that my informant who issued his confession was upset about the verdict.
Unfortunately. All Verdicts are final.
