I like how you guys don't give a guy a chance to talk before ***** slapping him...

I ported back to my house (which isn't much but I worked hard on it) to be punched and killed on the spot.

I wasn't until I relogged with a new character that I was told what was going on...
Sorry for not reading the forums right away and just wanting to have fun. I was told I was "recruting" others to join me... WTF does that mean if I haven't read the forums in 3 days...? It's christmas for *****'s sake... you just wasted my last 3 months of work because some jackoff decided to kill first tell second...
even after asking what i did wrong (which is still unclear) he didn't even give me time to even look up the forum before killing me and porting away...

I don't understand how they "helped me" or anything beneficial by killing me and not giving me a formal description of my actions. I would get it if i was griefed. I would understand if they had a valid reason that fits actually circumstances. but i got nothing. I got killed by someone accusing me of something that wasn't a rule AND STILL ISN'T a rule 2 days ago. I fail to see what their purpose is other than being douchbag tirants

Let it be known that this player DID NOT pay his treaty payment. Breaking the laws on the claim that you simply did not understand they exist is not an excuse. I cannot travel to Europe and then shoot somebody in the face and say "Oh I didn't know you guys had laws about shooting people in the face". So you should not come to our lands and claim ignorance of a treaty that has been signed by your squatter friends.

It is the job of all Salem Pilgrims to educate themselves to the law. Unfortunately, your education came at a higher price but at least you now know on your next character and settlement that you should make your treaty payment first and "work hard on your house" second.

I see several issues here:

#1: Those who live on the Reservation know that they are not allowed to have bases OUTSIDE the Reservation.

Those who live on the Reservation are told to check the forums each day so they stay involved in politics and stay educated on Salem.

So from what I can tell you DID NOT live on the Reservation. You may have visited it. But you were NOT killed on the Reservation as people living on the Reservation are the safest players on the Server.

My sources told me few weeks back that you were trying to recruit people from the reservation to join your village...

I wasn't and idk who your sources are but they are wrong. I was never told these rules so I am guessing your people are slacking on the initiation process.

I was never told not to live outside. Everyone I ever came in contact with in the reservation knew i lived outside and never cared...

Keep a tighter grip on your ***** gentlemen.
