I'm not gay, but (and that's a BIG but) I know that anywhere along the ocean front is a dangerous place. There as well as near the rivers to the ocean are easy for bandits to roam frequently. It's them boats, see? The boats, they make for fast travel,see?

Seems the Spanish bandits are planning to patrolled the whole North border of the city claim for potential easy pray. No claim yet along the border, but I'm sure there planning for that to.

Maps are the way they are. Its up to the players to use them as they see fit. Including how to deal with potential problems because of this.
