I'm pretty sure the Indians consider three categories of people:

• Other Indians
• Squatters who signed/paid the treaty
• Criminal scum (this naturally includes GH members/associates)

But I could be wrong. I'm not an expert on that.

An IP check would solve that problem in most cases
