Also, this person(s) probably will not be banned over this since this is still considered in beta testing (and I haven't seen any real proof of a bug yet). The only thing that really gets a person removed forcibly from a game from Seatribe is account theft. If players got banned for bug abuse, I have a long list of players here that would have been axed a long time ago.

just about every game i know that is at least half decent does not allow bug exploiting, even if it is beta <-- Big huge ass dif between exploiting and testing a bug, people exploit bugs and if you do not exploid bug you are referred to as *A Moron* Firm rules for sure

How did they do this, did they use a bug? If so what bug?
Did they use splash damage to take out your wall? If so, this is a mechanic not a bug.
You need to give details, if people could be banned off the evidence you gave I could easily make a fake screen shot of anyone in the game admitting to exploiting bugs and have everyone I don't like banned.

That's the same phrase that was used when I got scammed and thought it was Ammaboss. .. I guess I got scammed by the Pirates for that 96 silver .
