2ond where i was no wall no signs and the claim even extended into the water.
3d what happens to the ppl that had claims near boston, you pretty much stopped them from walking to boston and teleporting back with the loot.

You need to complain to paradox. Hopefully they will get the devs to fix this problem

The dev's okay'd these claims/walls so long as there's one spot for people to get through... Sort of stupid imo since all new players from now on will be pissed off with it and quit or simply never leave boston, and then quit.

Ya this is ok because of lolsorandumdramawebringontheforumscantbanu but when russians block all the doors in roanoke asking for money they get taken for a swim and banned.

Then again, who doesn't use Wilderness Guide at the end of the tutorial? I mean, I imagine most of the newbies follow the tutorial and don't walk out of Boston to find a settlement for themselves.

You would be surprised how many people don't read the forums or the noob guides.

If you start playing the game with someone else, you either walk out together or one person gets to stand around the city until the other person can set up a claim for them to port to. There's really no other reason to walk off the claim.

This whole situation with the walls is gaytarded.

The walls is only one of the problems, they might as well not even exist as far as new players are concerned as they can't trespass across claims anyway.

People can bring down the walls and kill darwoth or whoever puts them up, but the claims can last forever with the inheritance system. Hence forever blocking off new players.

Yeah my reading comprehension fails me yet again. Thought you needed the trespassing skill to trespass, but turns out you only need it to open containers and such. Sorry for my ignorance.

Not only that, you can't be summon killed for trespassing and the scents don't last but a very short time. (It was 8 hours in HnH.) If you have to trespass to get out, get as far away as possible and when the crime debuff wears off (shouldn't take too long), log off for the day. When you come back, you're free to wander around without worrying about anyone tracking you down while logged on.

The Russians were blocking access to the windmills and everything else. There isn't any way to process grain unless you have the skills and manpower to build your own. However, there's all kinds of ways to get around those walls, with or without trespassing, as has been pointed out multiple times.
