You were permabanned originally for excessively poor behavior, harassment, stalking, and threats against a user. This wasn't a one time thing either, you kept it up for a looooong time. You're also permabanned on the Haven forums for virtually the same thing -- and it wasn't that this ban was applied there, you earned it there on your own. Most recently your accounts were banned on your request.

Painhurtz and company had people coming to florida to look for me, as well as other people have tried to look me up, I haven't gone anywhere. I only threatened after the fact. Does that make me at fault? Is this America or nazi germany? I'm sorry that my trolling pixels on a screen incited irl rage from other people, but that isn't my problem.
Let's also mention them posting pics of my fiance and her facebook ON THESE FORUMS and threatening her as well (In IRC pm's)
Yes, after I learned of all this, I lost my **** and went ***** crazy, but to say THAT I WAS THE ONE HARASSING is ***** *****. Get your facts straight. Seriously. This is not a joke.
What's funny is that painhertz was never banned for it, even at one point I sent pm's to one of the mods about how he was "looking me up" and the only reason they didn't find me is i spread misinformation about me living in Daytona Beach, Florida, instead of my actual town.

So once again, you have no logical OR RIGHT reasons, except I may have trolled the forums a bit more then some other folks, which means I should have received temp. bans like other folks have received and been allowed back.
Prove me wrong Teck. also, bringing up the haven forums is *****, Sab hates me and banned me there for no reason other then because I'm an ex-goonswarm from Eve who refused to stay a goon. Period.

Painhurtz presented the proof that you were going over the line when dealing with him. No information or proof was ever placed in your favor by you or anyone else. When questioned on the subject and told to stop, your response was, at best, violent and childish, and at worse malevolent and vicious. Unfortunately, due to the politics of the forum, all discussion of the subject has since been deleted so there will be no links.

If you did pm a mod at the time, can you name which one so that they can be contacted?

Alt accounts that can be proven as alt accounts of banned users get permabanned as soon as they are found. If we were to go simply on the statement of another user with no verifiable proof, what's to stop Player A getting Player B permabanned with accusations only?

IF this is your defense of what was going on between you and painhertz, why is it just now, a year later, coming out? Wouldn't it have been better to present this then?

If anyone that has received a perma or long term ban can give even a half-hearted try at behaving themselves, I'm in favor of giving them a second (or third or fourth) chance as long as some effort is shown to follow the minimal rules here. I'm not the only mod with a voice and jorb always gets final say.

To extend even farther, it also doesn't apply to private businesses, either, other than where explicitly excepted by law (such as I can't post libelous information without risking a lawsuit, can't discriminate in hiring, and other similar matters).

To note, the servers ARE in Germany and operated by a Swedish developer.

And what proof did he have? He just started spouting off I'm a stalker because we happened to have a pm conversation once on hnh during a trade, I made a song regarding his raids, he liked it, invited me to his radio room. Used it against me later as if im some stalker because we like the same type of sandbox game...
