Village People band member logs on to Plymouth, watches tumble wees roll by, and wonders why the server is dead.

The only part of all this that is shocking is that veteran players are still asking questions of the village people and expecting anything
remotely close to a logical response, let alone honorable actions...... You can't expect a bunch of newbie griefing, failed extortionists to hold to their word.

I will never pay extortionists, not even ones dressed up like members of a goofy 70's band.

Off the record...
I personally think the treaty was a cool RP/political thing when it started and had great possibilities. It's what made me chose Plymouth as my current server.
Now it's just a cancer on the server used as a tool to justify weak players chasing new players off the server through griefing. You village people band members ought to take a serious look
in the mirror. Pretty soon your going to run out of newbie players to kill. At that point I'd guess you'll either burnout from boredom, turn against each other, or move servers / games.

I'd really like what you guys and your treaty could do if handled better. I think it's a great tool for drama, game play, and politics when applied against other veteran players.
I consider you all the "bad guys"... the world needs bad guys....

Afaik from reading the forums as i dont play plymouth. The tribe or likeminded people already killed or is in the process of killing off most of the ones you call "veteran" players.

Basically for all intents & purposes i believe all the goals set by the "tribe" has been accomplished or at least very close. So what youre complaining about is a large faction who has little to no actual opponents to fight meaning the "innocent" hermits will get abused. If everyone quits plymouth or plymouth ends up being entirely tribe based i would say they have beat salem the game.

PMP rescinded his offer of a free week, should've taken it instead of thinking you were entitled to more because you dropped 70s in a box and hoped it would make khaz go away. You have no position to negotiate anything from and I don't understand why you think you would. There are plenty of treaty payers living happily and in peace. Tribe doesn't have to offer any safety to anyone. Chief makes the treaty to give people an alternative to getting raided on sight, that doesn't mean non-treaty payers are entitled to something as well, not a 24hr notice, not "negotiations", not anything.

2. I expressed the readiness to pay a monthly tribute
3. They agreed to stop the destruction of property and receive a tribute if I pay the fee.
4. I paid and therefore the contract was concluded
5. Before leaving, they asked whether I am a citizen of Russia
6. I said that Yes I am a citizen of Russia
7. They said that the killing of all the Russians. Kill my character and robbed me.
Since the contract was concluded and your thugs broke it, then you should pay me compensation.

I was the one who killed you. You said you didn't read the forums and it was going to be more trouble than it was worth to sign you up as a treaty payer.

You may not be of Russian nationality but the second you start speaking Russian in area chat, you are asking to be killed.
