I agree with Dallane (8!), and the rest of you have all missed the most important aspect of this thread. How did you get into the Archeage beta?!?! Bastard! Been waiting on that game for, I think, literally years now.

The beta isan't too bad to get into just need to find yourself a KSSN and a VPN. Then learn enough Korean to sign up on the forums. I have had an account for a while now as well.

I've been following ArcheAge for quite a while now, while it does look pretty damn good, it looks more like a Sandpark - a mix of Sandbox and Themepark. I count Salem as pure Sandbox.

If something is working as intended then there is no need for a fix. Claims thing was fixed shortly after you abused it on the GH Bell. How you think it should be doesn't interest me as much.

Claims n Bells were fixed broken further after the thus buthurt party got owned by legit game mechanics (destroying objects on there own claim) so they screamed to there lovegods jorbtar in hopes it could never happen again. (Because they lost so much work)

TBH, keeping a Bell off-claim, making it indestructible, it bugged imho, and being unable to destroy "ANYTHING I WANT" on MY OWN LAND, is broken mechanics.

Cheif is right, this whole subject seems strongly towards Dev favoritism to players from HnH + there lovechildren to keep them happy.

Many will agree with me, the love children from GH&co never will, but, You should never be able to destroy someone elses bell, if it is on there own land, If its a random bell on unclaimed land / on my own land, i should be able to destroy it any time i choose, because ITS MINE OR NO ONES !

If anything they broke the mechanics from a fixed state. Lesson ? Keep the bell on your own claim to keep it safe.

So you're saying that every bell SHOULD have p claims surrounding it no matter what and that it's a intended mechanic to have to run around refilling the cash on multiple claims in order to make sure that your whole base isn't destroyed on top of having to be online 24/7 to fight off any potential raiders?

why would 1 person have multipul claims ?

A bell should ALWAYS be kept on a personal claim to keep it safe, like how you keep everything on your personal claim to keep it safe. You do not leave your chests filled with your silver and items outside your walls now do you like a ******* ?

Your whole argument you just said looks like spew from a cats ass and has no relevance at all to the subject in discussion.

Why are you refilling multiple claims ? I have only ever owned 1 claim, 1 bell on my claim(To ensure i cannot be belled + land purchased)
Why can i not destroy "ANYTHING" no one owns or i own on my own land, including a bell ? Persistent sandbox world ? I call *****.

So yea, your saying i should be able to put my town bell outside my walls, off my land, away from any protection i made, and it should be 100% safe ?

Jesus ***** christ, the GH&co really are total dumbasses.

YES, If your building a Bell, the minimum requirements should be its built on the village creators land to keep it safe. Building bell outside walls, offclaim, and in its current state is untouchable. sounds more bugged than anything else ingame imo.
