When you put yourself out on the internet and it becomes public it is then open for anyone to use.And I would like to see the actual rule stating that PUBLIC pic can not be used. IF that is the case then posting of any pic ANY pic would be off limits including gifs of any kind.

It's something taken on a case by case basis as best as we can. By default, it's assumed that you don't mind having pictures of yourself posted around, because yes, this is the internet. Things like home address and phone number and stuff are never allowed though. Public pictures and information may be viewed elsewhere, but in an attempt to respect the wishes of the user, we still wouldn't allow links or posting of them here.

Honestly I would still like to see a link that shows this actual rule. on our forum rules. If there is no rule you can not enforce what is not there?

The no doxing rules has always been in effect and we've made efforts to take it a step above on request ever since a specific forum user began to stalk, harass, and generally go too far to another user. This is not new.

Show me the rule? Where is this written. I would like to read it.
As for people going to far on these forums? Give me a break, it happens every day and yo mods just laugh until someone says something about you. THEN it becomes a rule.

If you feel people are going too far then report the offending posts; we read reports and pms.

What was posted isn't on that list. Unless horrible chest hair on the Chief is against the law. Then nothing I posted is against the rules. Please remove my board warning.

OK, now let's look at the word Doxxing. The "urban" meaning, as there is no real word Doxxing. Says to obtain info on a subject, that being SSN,credit account info etc. HOWEVER, it does not say a word about PUBLIC info. Jordan Coles website is public. And that being said how can using or even linking to a public site be considered doxxing? Again, you use a rule in this case to cover a friends butt, maybe literally after checking the page out. Either way giving Binks a warning I feel is out of your rules reach. Coles cries foul and you guys are all over this. I did not see the same kind of action when he posted his GD posts bashing my God. What I saw was we will not filter out the word. In other words go screw yourself.
But hey I reckon when it is a mod we can bend or even make new rules for them eh? You guys are worthless.

You obviously know nothing about doxxing, it is typically done using publicly available information, and is not limited to finding private information like SSN and credit cards, but also information like photographs, personal websites, user names on other website(such as youtube), ect. Linking to a persons account on other sites is doxxing.
The reason your god is not defended in the same way that a use is, is because your god is an abstract idea, not a person, but his disrespect toward your god is a separate issue that has nothing to do with the doxxing that has been going on.

Edit: It is not doxxing if you bring the information into the game or forum yourself(ie if the tribe post a link to their youtube account, when daopa post his live stream account, or if the chief put his picture on a map of Plymouth).

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking to be honest?

I missed two words. What I meant to say was:

This is not true. Several months back mushibag posted a ventrilo recording of killertomas. When killertomas asked it be removed, the moderators decided that no rule had been broken in posting it:

Image

Later, the Tribe laid siege to Jordan Coles and forced him to apologize on Ventrilo to save his character's life. When the recording was posted, Jordan Coles complained, and the moderators changed the rules to disallow it.

When called on this discrepancy, mushibag's original thread was deleted (thread used to be here). TeckX is lying when he claims these rules have always been in effect. The moderators have selectively enforced rules to benefit other moderators, tried to cover up the evidence, and now are trying to feed you **** while claiming it's sirloin.

What great detective work. Can the mods please explain why the Tribe player was not allowed to have his voice logs removed but Coles is allowed to have his voice logs removed?

Also I am still waiting on permission to officially post Jordan Coles apology again.
