We have in the past. It is redundant as all hell beyond that. Last note left was as recent as last night even.

Ok.... Then why didn't the other moderators issue the board warning and/or pass judgement on this?

I'm having a hard time deciphering your official response? The mods who reviewed the accusation from Coles didn't issue the discipline because you guys have issued it in the past? So you think Jordan Coles doing it THIS time will have a different outcome? I'm trying to find out why if a mod OTHER than Coles has confirmed that Binks is posting a necklace Coles owns then why didn't THAT MOD make the warning and come to the table?

The ruling has been set already by other moderators. Coles isn't creating some brand new moderation, simply enforcing what has already been set. To make him grab another moderator to do that every single time is an example of bureaucracy that can be replaced with the common sense that he and everyone else involved are capable of reading what has been written and ruled.

So what is the rule violated here? You cannot post a picture of personal property if an individual on the forums owns that? Or is it restricted to jewelry? We cannot post pictures of Jewelry owned by Jordan Coles or just Jewelry he is wearing? What if I found a picture of Potjeh's Scooter. Could I post it if it doesn't contain the license plate? What if its a link to the TYPE of scooter? What exactly is this ruling and where did the lines get drawn? Forgive me if I missed this during my latest spirit Walk but I am finding this all so very shocking.

Also can you please confirm that the Jewelry Binks posted HAS been proven to another mod OTHER than Coles to be his jewelry?

The rule violated is harassment. A user has requested that real life images of them not be posted and that personal information be kept to a minimum. We respect those requests. To skirt this ruling alt accounts have been used and snippets of these pictures have been posted time and time again.

I personally think there is a HUGE probability that Jordan Coles is wearing it at this very moment. But I have no proof either way because it is a link that came up when I image searched. If Jordan Coles can prove that he owns and is wearing this necklace will I be given a warning?
