Yes. There are numerous game-breaking and game-changing bugs that the Tribe has reported that will only be fixed and/or made a priority once they are "used". We are told that they are the intended mechanic (such in this case) or in other cases that they will be dealt with (when they become a problem). Regardless, the Tribe will continue to do all that is possible to get the game mechanics in as good a condition as possible.

That's because a tribe bug-report is in the form of an unanswered irc pm.

Pretending to send PMs to jorb and not using the bug tracker is a good way to report bugs obviously.
