How is it slanderous when he's quite correct? (Well, all except the 'exterminated' part, but then we have that nice 'scalp collection' thread to prove that true, too.)

it is allowed to pay the debt on Plymouth. So one would actually strenghten the tribe on Plymouth (where it would not change the status quo ) and not on the other servers ( ...well until the server transfer would be implemented

I see what you're all trying to do here. You long for the thriving economy and comfortable safety the Tribal government provides, and are trying to bait me into assessing fees against your server, to move it up in priority.
On Roanoke, stalls lay unclaimed, with no wares to be sold and no pilgrims with the means to sell them. Unemployment is sky-high and desperate souls must take to the black market to try and eke out a living.
On Jamestown, lawlessness has taken a grip on the land - maniacal mayors murder their flock, and illiterate pirates plague the land, with no one to drive them off.
Meanwhile, on Plymouth, the stalls are occupied and the black market has been abolished. Crime has been eradicated, squatters are at an all-time low, and the only fatalities are lawful executions of what few criminals remain. Streamlining the justice system to combine the roles of judge, jury, and execution has led to unparalleled efficiency, and a sky-high. It is no wonder you strive to entice the Tribe to come to your lands, and deliver you from your squalor.
