Most of the places he has posted (kind of like, all except for 1) aren't 10 minutes away from Boston. People care about what he's doing and he knows it. Some people already know who he is (see page 1), and he is a lot more than an ingame realtor.
Doubt it. You can clearly see the information he is posting about if you just look at the maps. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out there is a big compound North of Boston across the bay. You can see it on the map. He is just dumb enough to walk over there and take screenshots and post it all over the forums for everyone to read. Didn't really provide anything other than what I can see already from others hard work.
