Why would the claim stone suddenly become destructible if another player ports a character there? Or do I misinterpret the chiefs post?

When someone uses wilderness guide to teleport directly to your claim using your hearth secret then your stone becomes destroyable for 5 minutes, which is displayed in game quite visible as you see smoke coming out of the claim stone.
