Just so everybody's clear. I'm completely neutral in all of this. I'm neither for nor against the treaty. I generally dislike Raiders without scents, and Forum Trollers, and really just want everything to be clear for all our new open beta newb forum readers who haven't read most of the threads like me. Mostly I just love to see the politics play out, and maybe push them along a little bit, but I'm not picking sides........yet.

That's really dumb of Coles then. I think that the Tribe should put up another waste claim and show no mercy this time then. Awaiting screenshots.

If Coles is really planning to conspire against the Tribe again then it will be considered. For now we are allowing him the time he requested to "think" about what he is doing in-game and make a decision on how he wants to move forward. Clearly his actions are not matching his words as we heard in the sound file.

How could I let somebody live who has given the Tribe over 10,000 silver? how could I let somebody live who spied on the Rebels for months? How could I let somebody live who was a treaty payer for months (and as of now still has an active treaty payment made)? How could I let somebody live who broke in and killed criminals we gave him maps to? How could I let somebody live who told us about a stall going vacant in advance? How could I let somebody live who helped us kill Judaism over and over again? How could I let somebody live who spent an entire week of his life building our reservation arena for us.

The better question is. How could I NOT accept his apology?

Other than talking a big talk and selling some of Realak's items to non-tribal members Coles has tremendously helped the Tribe over and over again. If he wanted to come on vent and say he is sorry to buy himself some more time it is the least we can do for him.

You may not know this but when you use google translate it leaves the original text in place when we press 'quote' so we know when you're typing Russian.

But....I'll take you at your word and believe you when you say that you're not with any of the Russian clans. I've stated before that I really don't have a problem with any of the Russians, and that I understand there are more aggressive Russian tribes (CoD and Windy) and more peaceful Russians who don't raid non-Raiders (Camelot and Odin). Either way the Russians generally don't kill or raid newbs (whereas the MM tribe has posted piles of newb scalps). The Russians will also sometimes give a Town conditions for them not to be raided, and I have known several people who have met a pack of Russians in the woods and been offered a cash settlement not to be killed.

But like I said before, I doubt you're a treaty member and that you were being sarcastic.

Am I missing something? Where's the proof Coles apologized and surrendered? Chief always has screenies or chat logs, but there are none. The tribe has been caught in lies repeatedly, so why would we believe anything they say?

Then why is he denying that he surrendered. Either he's lying or you're lying. Are you calling him a liar? Or is he just trying to pretend he's still a rebel for tribal intelligence purposes. I'd love to see some screen shots of his surrender conversation in game, or it's hard for me to believe either of you.

I never spied on the rebels or gave you locations. My treaty for Feb was extended to march 10th, 2013 because my v claim cost less than my p claim though it covered more tiles. I had paid over what was due and it was extended. But if you want to go that route and say that I'm still paying the treaty due to that, then THE TRIBE ATTACKED A TREATY PAYER! How can any treaty payers feel safe if they can be attacked without notice like I was? Seems like a pretty flawed system to me. You'd be better off as part of the Resistance where nothing is expected of you other than to show your support when/however you can I've explained in the other thread that I contributed no where near 10k silver to you and to even assume it was over 3k is a stretch. The reservation arena was done in roughly 11 hours total over the course of a week. I took up the project more or less because I enjoy building/digging things like that (see my church for proof). I also refused your previous expectation of a 7 layer deep pit instead of the arena. The arena at least has a use.

Wait a second...then you do indeed attack treaty payers? Since you just admitted that Coles has his treaty paid currently and the thread announces his surrender, but one has to be attacked in order to surrender.
