I started out tracking some of the scents and the sudden and damning realisation hit me that I wouldn't be able to do anything even if I did spend hours tracking.

Admitedly all I can go on is what I was told 'we are for GH'. If it was the Tribe - why would they have rebuilt my base immediately after destroying it? Also why would they want the publicity of a treaty player being attacked?

Any other faction (if any) have basically left a calling card if they were involved (unlikely).

Lastly, if it was a third party - why didn't they simply kill me after leaving so many summonables? Don't get me wrong I'm pleased whoever it was didnt.

Back then the realisation that unless I settled and planted some fields and established some purity/high element crops made it apparent that if I ran I'd always be running and much weaker than everyone else.

Even now some 2 months later, I was 1 shotted while loading the client. Ive lost my precious 60-70% crops save for the few seeds I alted. If id ran my base may be intact for a while but Id have less humours than now and still be as powerless to make any stand of protest.

Between the extremes set by the Tribe and the Resistance, the actually war is being fought on innocents when the targets should be each other.

So basically, you're accusing somebody just because the raiders presented themselves as such? It's a quite common tactic to present yourself as somebody else while raiding. And apparently worked great again.

If you want your story to have some credibility, track the scents at least and let us know where they lead.

Just wait until the servers open up and the Russians walk up and start demanding you sell them iron for 25s if you want to keep your place.
