the best lies have a small grain of truth, chief and i really were in darkenbane 15 years ago and we really do have some of the same names on our websites simply because over such a long period of being around people from other guilds post on each others boards eventually, then all the other ***** on these boards over the months (trapping queen, trying to trap the tribe, kitkats gear etc) that got mentioned was easily spun to look "planned"

It was actually fairly obvious that it was a troll:
1. Anyone can dress up an alt, oath it to the village, name it a character's name and kill it
2. In Wishy's video, he does not show his humours
3. After the death shots of most of the members, you can see that all of the leantos in the centre are still claimed
4. Crime scents still active

Who would want to call it out? The shock and outrage it caused, along with the tears, made it so anyone who knew about it wanted to see it go for weeks. And anyone who figured out would have wanted in on it or at least see it ride out further. Unfortunately Binks needs sleep and YGM did seem pretty steamed. That's a recipe for true tragedy.
