Keep fighting the good fight, OP. The Tribe is always hungry and seems happy to scour the map for morsels in their search for order.
Also...
Still too ambiguous. Be creative! Try the following. "You can kiss my:"
Singing Old Log
New World Gourd
Ghostly Whitefish
Silt-dwelling Mudsnapper (or Slit-dwelling, which would work better.)
Tasty Sink Knot
Shroom-less Stick
etc.
You could also bring to question the Chief's gender by making comment to his "Bushkin" or "Dry Pie."

No worries they maybe don't have 500 biles but 300 biles will work to.

Yep, many of them aren't part of the MM.
So by paying the treaty you aren't automaticly safe from beeing raided, or whatever.
