How about this:

I think your theme song only needs this one verse to sum it up. And since many song I like to listen to are too beautiful to put this line in, I suggest this made to a rap song where the rappers just say this for the whole length of 4 mins. Good stuff for alarm clock, I'd say.
P/s: Take pride in others' insults. I guess I have to agree with Darworth about self respect these days.
