Updated the OP to reflect the Candy Gang Coup by Binks/Kit Kat. I'll try and edit it further after all the broken pieces fall into place.

Updated the OP after getting further info about the Candy Island Massacre. Took Greb's town off the OP.

I took 'Revolution' out of the title. I don't want to give people false hope. Really, the rest of Roanoke can only build defense and hide.

I've changed the info about the Chief being in the Candy gang. I think he's working with them and may be based at one of their bases but he does not have a lean to on the Island. He may still be working with Binks/Kit Kat but I don't know how much. He and some of the tribe are building a town called 'Justice' or something like that and he bought a stall.
