Well that's your opinion if it's worth anything. Just like all you Alts and minions (such as Ignatz) who like to suck you off and pat your little head of a night so you don't have to be alone

As for the treaty crap, ***** you I do not give in to blackmailing from some ***** such as you. Your loss, and I am already getting offers to track you down. That's upto them I just am not going to waste my time with you and your attempt at screwing people over. As for the stall good luck if you can get it.

You'll end up the King of Nothing

Well it is clear that the Dev have no game mechanic in place that matters. Walls and plenty of braziers have no affect whatsoever and just confirms this game is a complete waste of time.
Besides not mad at Chief and his play style, if he happened to be just another player. But as I said previously, it's clear from our convo and discussion that he is either a hacker or a Dev. I have no interest in helping with the Beta process anymore.

As discussed with TotallyMoo before, they're not interested in getting feedback to improve the game, so what's the point of it being in Beta anyway. They should release game as is and let the general public know how **** their client is, the game mechanics and design. So broken in so many ways. I am suprised that I lasted this long, I did want it to be successful. They clearly don't want iot to be a good or even great game.

BYE

You had a horribly designed base with horrible D mechanics and a horrible layout. You then followed it up by failing to pay for protection to the only Organization for Justice on the server and undercutting the stalls of the most powerful Tribe in the lands. I'm pretty sure there isn't a patch, balance, or mechanic in the world that could save you from that much negligence.

To put it in perspective you had about as much of a chance as these cupboards.

Treaty is one of most interesting threads in forums imho, as I see it it is exactly how I imagined Salem to work in late game.
When one faction is dominating it can claim anything it want to and others got two choices (assuming they are still want to play):
- agree and pay,
- unite and build bigger towns, not tiny camps like yours, to have better protection and claim their land as independent.

That is starting to look like RL society, villages, (we are in game in america) states and maybe future countries and it's issues, wars, pacts and more - from my point of view of course.
Well I think it is greatest success of Salem, so far :D

We all know the Indians can't be stopped unless the devs give us horses, revolvers and cowboy hats. Yeehaw!

Personally I don't see nearly enough actual villages to resemble any form of society.

I do agree that the treaty is one of the more interesting in-game developments. It adds a bit of drama to the game*. Since few people enjoy being the victim of extortion practices, they might just opt for #2, and Plymouth sure could use another big faction.

* Every time I log on, I half expect to find my little hermitage burning, with half-naked boys wearing nothing but feathers dancing around the bonfire, hoping my guy shows up so they can ravage him and exclaim "This is for encroaching upon our sacred lands! Ugh!". It's kind of a weird fantasy I admit.

Because if you let someone in your village, its 90% a spy, someone with bad intentions or someone who can't leave the past behind :=p

Oh right because one guy punching through several walls and then smashing some houses down for some imaginary treaty that this individual was not even aware of due to not reading the forum is so much like real life society

Ehm it is, it is like leader one of a country sending war letter to another leader/leaders, but citizens of that countries were not interested in imaginary letters that their leaders recived?
(I know hermits in salem doesn't have any leader or government member to inform them about that on tv... and that is their (hermits) mistake or miss feature of salem to add newspapers that can be bought in capital cities... hmm going to post in I&I :) )

Ok well thats fine and definitely your prerogative. But if you arn't going to pay it for yourself how about you pay the Treaty for this Rock Crusher who was clearly innocent in the entire thing.

Or better yet what about Zoey? Do you think it was fair that her entire claim burns because you are too stubborn to conform to the socially accepted justice system of our server? Sometimes doing what is right for others means setting aside your pride.
