They changed his treaty status to kill, it's a shame because it happens so frequently. The buttons labelled "safe" and "kill" are very close together you see, and ***** fingers can be clumsy at times. You understand.

H was never a Treaty Payer, and never made a payment - he had been claiming he could provide useful information to the Tribe, and tried selling some goods, but the information never materialized and his offered goods were always too expensive. After several weeks, he had not produced anything of use, and was still declining to join the Treaty proper.

Wasn't around for his execution, but my understanding is that his affiliation with Yasso, along with the sense that he was just playing games with the Tribe (again, useful information always alluded to, but never delivered), led to the decision that he couldn't be trusted. That you were apparently friendly with him indicates that execution was the right call.

I would not say I was friendly with him. He randomly PM'd me from time to time in Boston and we spoke. That was likely the "useful information" he was trying to get but I did not provide him with any. I agree his prices were too damn high!
