Claeyt: Brona's account has already been bumped up to a permaban. It was a fun escalation to the top but he made it. IP bans have limited value as evading an IP ban isn't hard. All that can really be done is vigilant enforcement of the ban in place.

It was a one day ban that's already over and nothing was really hurt by the proxy post. No additional moderation is really required here.
