Officially: If you have an issue with something, report it and state what rule you believe it is violating as well as why (if it's not a direct violation of a rule). While we have issues with posting these things on the forums, we can't control what people post elsewhere. Outside links do have rules if members want to post them, and while Paradox has a long history of how to treat these links, this forum is trying to be more open in allowing some of these dramas and hijinks. This means some of the specifics of the rules are being worked out. We won't know what our members are going to take issue with if people don't report them as we're not going to be able to read every post by every member.
