The court has reviewed your appeal of our decision and decided that the verdict STANDS. You may file another appeal to this verdict if you like and we will make a new ruling. However, a good appeal contains photo evidence and logical thought. Two very important things missing from your previous appeal.

Don't be silly. Object don't have personal names, persons do. And persons are rather murdered, not destroyed.

Shhhh. They have Tim Bear and I heard they plan to murder him if you don't stay quiet.

1. You hijacked this thread. Check the title, now look at me, now back at the title. Sadly, it is not "Tribe's Courtroom". And Coles is not your brave.
2. I never made any legal actions against Coles, only told a story. And I don't recognize your authority.
3. Read your court session post and seek for logic in there (hint: accusation-deliberation mismatch, because the plaintiff was a bad boy lately, assumptions as evidence)

I just wanted to share my side of this story. People in Plymouth colony have already been massively indoctrinated by the MM's PR agenda. They think resistance is rare, futile and nearly impossible. Well, I'm a lone hermit that claims otherwise. In this clash I've lost no material goods of any worth to me. I payed no money to the Tribe. They've stolen nothing from me, they've destroyed no building I ever built (lol, not even that door xD) and I'm still very much alive.
On the other hand, I made sure I'll get enough scents from Coles (what did you think all those locked chests and cupboards full of garbage were for?) and now I'll just keep them slowly brewing at room temperature till they're ripe for making a glass full of cold beer-ish tasted revenge.
I used to be a pilgrim like you. Then I took an Indian arrow in the head...

Awww your faith in the public of Plymouth must be quite low if you think they will believe any of this rubbish.

The claim you extended over that lot that is now worthless cost you somewhere between 500 and 1,000 silver.

The 6 braziers will cost 6 iron bars to repair @ approx 600 silver.

That windmill cost 600 silver in cloth and 400 silver in nails. This also cost you 1,000 silver.

Coles was ordered to transport back to the Tribe 40 Bellpeppers from your pots which have since been sold in the stalls for 8 silver a piece. Netting us 320 Silver.

So you have lost approx 2,600 silver ($50.00 US from the Salem Store). While we have profited 320 silver (more than your Treaty Payment would have cost).

I'm afraid that you are simply just another example and statistic of just how futile a failed Treaty Payment is. How does it make you feel to know that if you would have simply made the Treaty Payment we would be worse off?

P.S. Your saving grace is the scents belonging to somebody who is not a brave. You may try to kill Coles if you wish but I assure you that at this moment in time not a single Tribe member will shed a single tear for his death. He will be avenged if you succeed based on his current standing with the Treaty but a blow to Coles will do nothing to slow down the progress of our peoples.

You've forced my hand ameba. You just couldn't have stayed quiet.

If you had been quiet, this wouldn't have happened. But it's too late.

That claim had cost me ~1200-1300s. It was already raped and plundered when I arrived. Just fixed the holes in walls.
It's in a poor position - lime nodes near depletion, 0% mine (and I got 20% rods), neighbors, etc.
No structure there was built by me. I invested nothing nor considered it my property. Just renting it to improve myself before I move on. (Don't even have that windmill skill yet).
I had not planted those bellpeppers, though I used some of them. (You could harvest 3 of them, and I just recently acquired Horticulture)
Their cost is the treat of the previous owner, you gained nothing from me.
And my claim expires in a day or two. I charged it only once and said to myself - once it runs out of money it's time to move. Repairing costs - 0s.
Oh, yes, I could have easily paid the Tribe. I got more then enough money for another claim of the same size. Hell, I even have a merchants purse.
But you've made something perfectly clear here. It's only about the money for you. Nothing else matters.
All those posts about justice and courts and ethics and politics - just a show for the money-bringing sheep and potential new ones.

This is sad. Seriously, Coles, is that whom you wish to represent when you come knocking on other pilgrims doors?

Inaccurate use of the word invested.

If you want to call it quits at 1,300 silver thats fine. You still suffered a 400% greater loss than if you had simply paid the Treaty and we still came out way ahead of a normal treaty payment.
