I like where your head is at but he would be able to port from the leanto as he woudlnt' have crimes and I doubt he has the skills to commit crimes (tresspass is free on the v-claim there).

this player decides after weeks fo playing the game to still not pay the Treaty. A crime that many know the Tribe cannot overlook. So, by the power vested in me, I have sentenced this player to 1-week in my Jail Cell while the Forums decides what I do to him.
