There are two sides to everything though. You may be right that your place is safe, but is that because of defenses or the fact that most read all these forums and just don't mess with the Tribe?

I have not seen your place. How many and what kinds of walls do you use? Braziers? I'm wondering what a decently defend place would be. Because if people have to use 10 walls and 50 Braziers or more, then something is wrong. Walls and Braziers should defend better, not us having to build a billion of them.

And there are bugs that allow abnormal means of raiding. At that end, there is no defense.

(BTW, I don't whine about my defenses. I log out with anything I need to rebuild with in the case that I might log on to find everything gone. If that happens, I'll move and rebuild. Easy Peasy and no whining ;) )

On top of all defenses you have to take into account that 8-10 tiles can simply be forgotten because of the leanto bug

It doesn't exist in the Boston windmills. But I will cede you that you may very well have 1/3 of a base.

Do you mean 1/3rd the size of a normal base or 1/3rd the infrastructure?

Why don't you show me, and I can decide from there?

If these "lands" of yours are so heavily defended, you have nothing to fear from the unaligned rabble on Plymouth. Or even the Russians, should they come before new defence mechanics, which I doubt.
