I never said this, with the 'mod-approved-word' i refer to the Russian group ingame, not the entire race ! Because they are know to not speak 1 word english.

They do actually speak enough english to get the point across or will get someone who does to speak to you.

Exactly i have had several conversations with them. Usually starts with Cyrillic then we go down languages until we find one we can converse in. Also on Jamestown there were a few South Korean folk that i enjoyed talking with they started with that then switched to Chinese (i knew neither of them) and finally we settled on English. Language is only a barrier if you let it be and just because you speak english and they don't doesn't mean they have to work to you try and speak to them in their language.

You could also use google translate, which likely will lead to some weird conversations but you will at leas make your point across!

Why do you guys mistake race for nationality? Being Russian is not being "a race" (I hate the word "race").
And yes, I think you all should learn Swedish. I'd love to see you get confused about the lack of some rules of the Swedish language!
