This must be one of the most bizarre threads I've seen.

CharlesM has had his tongue so far up chief's ass that it came out of his mouth and then he makes a thread calling him a liar saying that he got raided by him. The most logical conclusion is that CharlesM was merely a sock puppet that slowly had been gathering "credibility" by brownnosing chief so that he could make this thread and smear the chiefs name.

But then he starts posting again, apologies AND CONTINUES TO KISS HIS ASS . What the hell is going on here?

My guess is that he flubbed is attempt at a smear campaign so badly, he was hoping that he could apologize and cause everyone to forget what he just said so he can try again later. I really don't see that working, but I can't think of anything else that remotely makes sense.
