In a normal server one could play without someone interrupting your place for months, and then, if someone wants to fight you you can at least defend yourself, this is not the case here, normal gameplay on plymouth equals getting started, building a settlement, wait for the tribe to knock it down or knock you down.
Everyone should stop paying these idiots, let's see what they will do then, anyone paying the treaty is an enemy to the server's peace.

As in real life the weak and downtrodden are not the ones giving the terms. Its the the man with the gun pointing to your head..
To beat the Tribe, all people interested should join forces and try to end their rule. To do this you would need alot of dedicated players and coordination.
If you cant raise mentioned people, your cause is forfeit.
