Hello guys, just spend 5 bucks buying the deed to put down my settlement so my friends can join me at my base, when they try to port to me it says this player does not have enough space? how much space do i need for 2 more people?

Try building the first person a new leanto just a bit away, then destroy the one that was spawned. That might make room for then next and so on.
