Why is Biddas allowed to post again on his vienradzis sock puppet after he admitted that he was actually Biddas? He's admitted that's it's actually him. Why are the mods letting him post again after his perma-ban?

You continually answered to Biddas here on the Forums and in game. We all saw you kill them. You're posting pictures of Biddas killing noobs 5 minutes after it happens. You have been Perma-banned from the forum.
Why isn't this being enforced?
