Thats a fact.
Actually average running speed is faster than average rowing speed. And Ill note that your not rowing in state of the art rowing boat but rather one you made from couple of planks which can carry cargo and 2 people and your rowing alone...
Only way I see a boat is faster is if it was going downstream.

100 meters is ambitious Ill be faster for at least 500m

I would never build walls on an un-level surface and that terraforming is mockable. Not to mention it's right beside water. This would be a Colesie design if I were Vigilance + Gunnar

Because the first thing a Treaty paying person would do when they make an alt is to contact the Chief and make sure he has their new character memorized.
