If i place 3 or more brazziers, the damage of all of them will be 3, its right?

It depends Where you place them. If they are not in range of each other. If each is outside the circle you see when you place a brazier, Then the area that all the circles overlap will be 3x normal damage.

If you place them in range of each other, the damage from each will be 1/3 normal outside the overlapping zone, 2/3 normal where two intersect, and normal damage where they all intersect.
