a random person I do not know moved into my homestead. I keep the gate shut most of the time but he still pops in to see what i'm doing half of the time. how can i get rid of him without murdering him? and can he send my location just by staying trapped in my fence?

Make sure your personal claim covers his leanto, then destroy his leanto. This way you don't leave any scents. After that simply put a box where he logged out.

This will force him to login at Providence or never login on his character.

I did this =) now can anyone answer my question about if he has the location of my house for other people?

He can send the minimap yes to people. Then it's just a matter of time before you're located on the world map

Also during the time he was at your homestead he could have formed a party with someone and show them the way to your homestead. They can span leantos with noobs at your homestead if they know your HS if you use a claim as your homestead.
