Can't Make Tricorne

I got the Lace & Fancywork skill to make a tricorne, but the option to make one does not come up. I then researched Seamanship in case I needed that but I still can't make one. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for any help.

Did you look it up on the wiki? What materials are required? Do you have the skills to acquire these materials yourself? Good chance that is what's missing.

100% sure I unlocked it after I got Lace and Fancywork, maybe it got changed again.

I researched Hideworking and Tanning and I can make them now. Thanks for the help.
