gluttony assistance for black bile

what is a good food to glutton for black bile level 10 to 20?
I have really tried quite a few different foods, from mushrooms/fish/bunnies/foraged items and not much progress.

Honeysuckle Kudzu work well if you can find them in Autumnals. Crispy Cricket also work well, but its a close split between YB (12.7-19.1) and BB (8.5-25.5)
