how can I use player vending stands?

I tried to that as ways I can, to click stands or item squares in stands with grabbing an item that I want to sell on stands.
Is there something allowance to use? a skill? a contract?

or is it that I can't use stands while someone using?

The stands are rented to the players, and as now, all of them are already rented (and many of those aren't even used for actually selling things, but well...)

You have to buy a stall for 5000s. The stall costs 300s per week to rent after that. All of the stalls that in Boston are owned. The developers have said they will add more stalls for players to buy/rent at a later date.

You remember the first couple stalls that were bought and stocked? Gee, funny thing is they used the massive profits from the couple hundred iron bars they sold to buy the rest of the stalls and eliminate competition.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.
