Can treestumps become hollow on a personal claim?

Seeing as they become hollow from decaying, if I'm not mistaken. And decay does not happen on a claim.

I got hollow stumps in town claim, I'm fairly certain personal claim work the same way.

Does a town claim prevent buildings from decaying in the same way that a personal claim does?

I think so yeah, I guess stumps aren't effected by that decay prevention.

Technically, decay ticks occur on all claims. It drives other mechanics other than building destruction, such as terrain regrowth and change.

Thanks for the direct answer, Kandarim. I was typing up a lengthier post on why they can.
