unfriendly claims...

so the other day, one of my friends gives me his hs to port an alt into, which I did while he wasn't online, forgetting that he wouldn't be on to grant me permissions. So this morning I log in to find my alt in Boston with no homestead.. Don't even ask, yes he is the kind of guy that would destroy my lean-to and ko me just to mess with me since it was an alt, lol.. but.. all my humors were full, so I assume he couldn't have actually ko'd me or I would be out of blood. After a certain amount of time, does the system kick you of and back to Boston since I was standing on a claim that wasn't considered friendly?
